We are upgrading Online Banking to improve your experience with a new look for quicker navigation, more efficient views of accounts and more options at log in. With this change you will see a new landing page that provides immediate access to the features you use most often, like account balances and access to Bill Pay. 


From Friday, May 2nd starting at 4:00 PM to Monday, May 5, 2014, Consumer Online Banking will in be inquiry mode only. Transfers, profile updates, etc. will not be available during this period. On Monday, May 5, 2014 at 9:00 AM, the new upgraded Online Banking will be available via our website at . Customers will need to Re-Enroll on Monday, May 5th after approximately 9:00 AM. Click on “Enroll Now” which is located below the normal log in information. At this re-enrollment, you will create a new Access ID & Password and answer multifactor challenge questions.

If you are an Intuit user (Quicken/QuickBooks), please export your files and your transactions on May 2nd prior to 4:00 PM. The transactions prior to May 1st will no longer be exported after Friday, May 2nd 4:00 PM.

Bill Pay will be unavailable beginning on May 2nd at 4:00 PM. Starting on Monday, May 5th, after your re-enrollment, you will need to contact the bank at 936-336-6471 for a quick maintenance by our Call Center to reactivate your Bill Pay Vendors.

When calling into our 24 Hour Home Banking system for the first time after conversion, please use the last four digits of your Social Security Number to enroll in our telephone system. You will be able to change your password to a new number at that time. Dial 1-888-336-5290 on May 5th after 9:00 AM.
