Dear Friends,

Currently, we are in the process of a debit card conversion from Visa to Mastercard. Long story short, we are having some issues with the old Visa Debit Cards. These cards were scheduled to work through January 28th, but our card processor began the deactivation process early. This may affect your ability to conduct certain transactions such as withdrawing cash at an ATM or completing a purchase using your PIN.

New Debit Mastercards for customers were to begin arriving on 1/14/19, but we have some customers that have yet to receive their new cards, due to issues such as localized flooding in parts of Southern Liberty County. Thus, we have a situation where the Visa Debit Cards were cut off early and new Debit Mastercards have yet to reach all of our customers.

If you have received a new Debit Mastercard, please proceed with activating the card immediately. The Debit Mastercard should be operational once you have activated it and will resolve many of the issues currently being experienced. Once the card has been activated and is working to your satisfaction, please destroy your Visa Debit card. If you are having problems with your new card, please contact our call center at 936-336-6471 for assistance.
