Image Statements

What is an "Image Statement"?
An image statement is pictures of your checks which you receive instead of your canceled checks. It is a process of converting paper checks and deposits slips to a digital format and storing them on optical disks. When it is time to send out a monthly statement, the information is retrieved from the optical disk storage, matched to the information posted to the accounts and converted to an image of the item for printing by a laser printer.

Easy to Store
Statement and check images are printed on 8 1/2 X 11 inch paper that has been prepunched for insertion into a three ring binder. Binder storage reduces space and keeps checks accessible and well organized.
